With 20 years of working experience in educational sector, she has contributed to human training in field of scientific technology for national development, particularly for the Northern mountainous provinces of Vietnam. Currently, she is Vice Head of the Department of Student Affairs, mainly involves supporting and advising students in their study, training and occupation orientation. Working directly with students, she has had several opportunities to listen, understand as well as facilitate the students’ expectations and wishes, especially those of female students from the Northern mountainous provinces.
In the meantime, as Vice Director of the Committee for Women, she constantly pioneers in gender equality campaigns, integrates this issue in the Committee’s events as well as proposes to senior administrators. Her main interest is to popularize gender equality and improve the role of females at working places. As a lecturer, she always endeavors to integrate gender equality content in her lessons to provide them with broader and more in-depth literacy of this issue on a more practical basis.
Performing in different positions, she always tries her best for self-assertion, enhancement in both professional, ethical and political proficiency. She actively participates in gender equality programs with the hope of promoting Vietnamese females’ status in the national development process.
