With 31 years of experience in the field of education, she has contributed to training human resources for the development of agriculture, forestry, natural resource management and environment in the northern region of Vietnam. Currently, she is the Director of the Training Center according to the social needs of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, mainly responsible for coordinating regular training programs and refresher training to improve professional qualifications for staff, ministries in the field of agriculture and forestry, women’s welfare and gender equality in ethnic minority areas, mountainous areas and border areas with special difficulties, and ethnic minority areas of Vietnam. As a delegate to the People’s Council of Thai Nguyen province for the 2 terms XII and XIII, she has always played a pivotal role in promoting gender equality and integrating gender equality into law making. She has been nearly 20 years in feminine occupation, of which she, as Head of the Women’s Construction Department at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, has created a good relationship network to unite female officials, lecturers and students into professional work, teaching and scientific research for 10 years. cooperation. She is a co-founder of the Women’s Development Club of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, which always coordinates with other units at Thai Nguyen university to provide advice, guidance and create favorable conditions to help female lecturers, young and female students with their research to improve their professional qualifications in their career development. Taking different roles as lecturers, managers, and elected delegate, she always asserts herself, constantly improves her professional qualifications, professional ethics, political bravery, and strives to achieve the women’s 4 moral values “Confidence – Self-respect – Loyalty – Courage”.
