Ngan Thi Le has had many experiences at different positions in several fields. That is why Ngan is so flexible in finding the solutions as well as maintaining her fruitful soul and life.

With any tasks given, her partners, colleagues and students would see her clear purpose: women, girls and gender equality are always her concerns. That has helped in her decision making and leadership role. 30 years ago when she was a leader at a high school, there were many clubs and among those was girlfriends club with many members and effective supports. The club is still developing strongly and well-known among students and parents in the community. Now, at the University of Science, with her advice and management, gender and women’s studies has been added to many faculties such as Law, Social Work, Management Science, Literature, etc. Many activities and science research topics of students and lecturers in gender and women’s advancement have successfully and effectively implemented.

“For gender equality and well-being of women and girls” is always in her heart. It makes her happy living for that.
