Dr. Ngoc Thi Lanh

Dr. Lanh Thi Ngoc is from Tay ethnic group in Thai Nguyen province. She has been working in educational sector for 25 years and has obtained PhD Degree of Chemistry and Natural mixtures – Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology.
She is currently Vice Dean of Department of Foundation Studies, Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, in charge of teaching basic and analytical Chemistry for students of all disciplines. In addition to lecturing, she has participated in many national projects, 18 of which have been published in national and university journals. Besides, she has been actively involved in groups and clubs for developing gender equality and female status both inside and outside university. As a result, she has succeeded in promoting not only administrative and professional performance but stronger networks for gender equality.
