Graduated from university in 1998, majoring in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, she was retained by the university to work. Over the past 23 years in her educational career, she has made many contributions in training human resources in the field of Agriculture and Forestry for the country. With her own efforts, she was assigned by the university’s Party Committee to hold managerial positions in the Party, union and government from division to university level. She is currently a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the propaganda and commission of the University of Agriculture and Forestry’s Party Committee, Member of the University Council, Secretary of the Party cell, Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. Along with 5 years of experience as Secretary of the University Council, nearly 10 years as the Head of the Women’s Trade Union Committee of the University of Agriculture and Forestry, a member of the Women’s Committee of Thai Nguyen University, she has always interested in integrating gender, ethnicity and regional factors in contributing to and formulating policies and regimes. She has also propagandized to promote gender equality in the community, especially for lecturers and students in the school, focusing on fostering and training high-quality human resources. Dr. Phuc has made every effort to promote cooperation between Agencies, Enterprises and Universities in training, scientific research, extra-curricular activities and employment for staff, lecturers and students with gender factor integration. Additionally, she continuously orientated gender in approaching career for students right from the first year.

During the time she worked as the Head of the Women’s Department, the female staff of the university was awarded the title of “Vietnamese Women in 2013” by the Vietnam Female Talent Award Fund. She herself was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister in 2015.
