With 30 years of experiences working at the Union and province women’s movement, Giang has delivered actively the Union’s mission which is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all women; connection between members and the Party, the Country in promoting democracy, strengthening social consensus, building a strong clean Party and government, and improving the efficiency of the governance; advise and propose to the Party and government on women’s advancement to ensure equality and women’s development; support women in self-development, economic development, removing poverty and build happy families; especially focusing on vulnerable groups such as women, women of ethnic minority group, women at disadvantage areas, etc.
Individual contributions have been acknowledged by awarding Giang many certificates of merit by the Party, the Government and the Union. In 2015, she was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal.
