 With 20 years of experience in the field of education, she has contributed to the training of human resources in business to serve the socio-economic development of the country, especially in mountainous areas of North of Vietnam. Currently, she is the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at TNU University of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA), who is in charge of the training and scientific research work of the Faculty. She has had 5 years of experience in Union work, of which 3 years is the Vice President of the Union of the TUEBA, one of the institutions with the largest number of female lecturers in Thai Nguyen University.

As a lecturer and a female leader of the university, she has always aimed for female lecturers and students to be enhanced in knowledge and skills on gender equality. She also actively propagates and participates enthusiastically in activities to develop gender equality and improve leadership capacity, first, for female colleagues and students at her institution, especially those from ethnic minorities, and then, for female workers in the northern mountainous provinces of Vietnam; thereby, these aim to help them to better access and use their professional knowledge and skills to contribute to the socio-economic development of their organizations or enterprises as well as that of the localities and the country of Vietnam.
