With 17 years of experience in the field of education, she has contributed in training human resources for the development of agriculture, forestry, natural resources and environment management in the northern region of Vietnam. Currently, she is the Head of the Division of Environmental Sciences and Management – Faculty of Environment, TUAF, specializing in training and researching in the fields of environmental management, climate change, and reclamation research. environment treatment. During 4 years as Head of the feminine occupations at TUAF, she has created a good relation network among female officials, lecturers and students in professional work, teaching and scientific research. She is a co-founder and chairwoman of the Women’s Development Club of TUAF, which always coordinates with other units in the university to provide advice, guidance and creates favorable conditions to help female staff, young lecturers and female students with their professional qualifications and career development. Taking different roles as a lecturer and manager, she always asserts herself, constantly improves her professional qualifications, professional ethics, political bravery, strives to achieve the women’s 4 moral values “Confidence – Self-respect – Loyalty – Courage”.
