Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Ly (MA, University of Melbourne, Australia) has been working as a lecturer at international programs in Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) for 7 years and has been appointed to be the director of the International Programs Office for 2 years. Under her leadership, international programs at TUAF have been the study destination for students coming from 18 countries in the world that makes TUAF a great example of a multicultural university where lecturers and students work and study happily in diversity. As Duong has earned a lot of experiences in various educational environment in Vietnam, Australia and the US and understands well the importance of gender equality to the community development. She has participated and led different projects which are funded by US Department of State, Australian Government and Vietnamese in promoting gender equity and women empowerment for the community, especially for female and ethnic minority students coming from various cultural background.
