With 19 years of experience in medical education, she has contributed in training medical human resources at undergraduate and graduate levels; doing scientific research; supporting the development of the health system; providing services to meet the health care needs of the people of ethnic groups in the northern midland and mountainous areas of Vietnam and the whole country. She has got a doctor degree, currently she is doctor, main lecturer majoring in Pediatrics, member of the Standing Committee of the University’s Trade Union, Deputy Head of the Department of Pediatrics, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Thai Nguyen University. She is responsible for the content, quality and teaching progress of the subjects assigned in the training program, for the general teaching plan of the school and the subject. Participating in regular training and training to improve and provide medical human resources in the field of Pediatrics, especially health workers who take care of and protect children’s health in mountainous areas, remote areas, border areas, areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions in the northern mountainous areas of Vietnam. As a member of the Standing Committee of the University’s Trade Union, and the Deputy Head of the women’s committee, she always does a good job of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of officials and employees,  plays a pivotal role in propagating, educating, and raising political awareness for trade unionists and employees, promoting gender equality, mainstreaming gender equality in professional activities, coordinating with authorities, youth unions and units in the university to advise, guide and create favorable conditions to help female staff, lecturers and female students to study, improve their professional qualifications, affirm self, professional development. Being in different working positions, as lecturers or managers, she has always trained herself in “Morality – Talent – Human Kindness” to affirm the position of Vietnamese women in the new era in general and model of female leaders and managers in training human resources for health in particular.
